We begin the design process with questions rather than predisposed answers and assumptions, and continue to refine and develop the design concept through "thinking out of the box" and studying alternative approaches. We review work at each stage to ensure approval before proceeding with the next phase of work. A successful project results from an understanding of these goals communicated to the project team.
